We will verify whether your accountancy is kept in a correct manner. We will inspect the business procedures in place and internal audit structures in order to make sure that the accounting documents are correct:
- Audits of the annual statements of accounts as well as consolidated financial statements in compliance with the German Commercial Code [HGB]
- Audits accompanying the establishment of corporations
- Audits of business transformations and mergers
- Audits in compliance with the Ordinance for brokers and developers [Maklerverordnung und Bauträgerverordnung]
- Monitoring fees for using the “Grüner Punkt” licence
