Karolina Barałkiewicz-Sokal, legal counsel completed legal studies at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. From 1999 to 2003, she worked at a number of Poznań's law firms and gained experience in working with foreign customers. Since completing her legal training in October 2003, she has been working at "von Zanthier Kancelaria Prawnicza" Sp.k. as legal counsel. In the summer of 2004, she completed studies in German Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University of Poznań, and in 2009 she completed also studies in the management of the environment. Łukasz Dachowski, LL.M., tax adviser/radca prawny completed legal studies at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań as well as at the Viadrina European University in Frankfurt on Oder, where he obtained the degree of Master of German and Polish Law (LL.M). Having completed his studies, in 2005 - 2007 he worked at one of the so-called Big Four global consulting firms, where he specialised in international tax consulting. In 2009 he has been registered as Polish tax advisor. He has been with “von Zanthier Kancelaria Prawnicza“ sp. k. since 2007. He is one of very few attorneys who are as well attorneys as tax advisors. He specialises in Polish and international tax law, corporate law, insurance law, as well as arbitration courts. Sabina Guzenda, aplikant radcowski completed legal studies at Adam Mickiewiz University in Poznań. Within the framework of the exchange programme Socrates-Erasmus she did also a year of law at the University in Mannheim/Germany. In 2007 till 2009 she worked at one of Poznań's legal offices, where she gained experience in legal consulting for foreign enterprises. She has been working at "von Zanthier Kancelaria Prawnicza" Sp. k. since September 2009. In 2007 she started legal training at the Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznan. Katarzyna Kochańska, LL.M., radca prawny completed legal studies at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań as well as at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), where she obtained the degree of Master of German and Polish Law (LL.M.). During her legal studies she held the scholarship at the Erasmus University Rotterdam - School of Law. Having completed studies, she worked in the law firms specialized in international trade and she advised the foreign investors in Polen. Mariusz Lipa studied law at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University Frankfurt and at Justus Liebig University Gießen. Initially, he worked at the Labour Office Hessen in Frankfurt, then as an attorney at Kargl & Gorev-Drodz, a Frankfurt-based law firm specialising in dealing with international clients. In 2003 till 2007, he was a partner at Lipa & Kowal Attorneys, where he dealt with clients from Poland. Since 2007, he has been working for "von Zanthier & Schulz. Magdalena Stawska-Höbel completed her legal studies at the Freie Universität Berlin. Already during her studies she worked as assistant in a law firm in Berlin. During her legal clerkship she worked for the "Wissenschaftliche Dienste des Deutschen Bundestages" and in a law firm in Warsaw. She works for the "von Zanthier & Schulz" office since finishing her legal clerkship in 2008. Mrs. Stawska is specialized in Corporate Law, Energy Law and in Environmental Law.
