 | Krzysztof Modzelewski, tax consultant born in 1955, in 1979 got the degree of Master of Economics from a renowned Polish business school, Szkoła Główna Handlowa in Warsaw (Warsaw School of Economics). His work experience includes working in the Trade Department of the Polish Embassy in Berlin, as well as many international tax consulting companies. In 1997, he was admitted as a tax advisor in Poland, and since 2003 has run his own tax consulting office in Warsaw. He specialises in tax consulting and supporting business transformations, international tax law, double taxation agreements, optimisation of payroll structures, taxation of foreign nationals in Poland and Polish employees abroad, law on the European Union value added tax, taxation of international transactions, recovery of VAT expenditure of foreign entrepreneurs in Poland, supporting tax audits in businesses, representation vis-à-vis courts and financial institutions, transfer pricing problems, drawing up tax documentation and tax due diligence.
