Henning von Zanthier, LL.M., attorney / legal counsel Partner at the offices in Berlin and Poznań
Born in 1961. Founded the law firm "von Zanthier & Schulz" in Berlin in 1992, with its focus on cooperation with Poland. Since 1995, he has also owned a law firm in Poznań known as "von Zanthier Kancelaria Prawnicza" Sp.k. Following his legal studies in Germany and France, he obtained the Master of Laws - LL.M degree in the United States. In 1991, he was admitted to the Berlin bar and started working at a large international law firm. In 2003, he was admitted as a foreign lawyer in Poznań, Poland. He is the first non-Polish lawyer who has been admitted to the chamber in Poland. He lectures on Polish law at the Free University of Berlin since 2004. He focuses on Polish business law, real estate law and Polish renewable energy law.
Henning von Zanthier is a member of the Polish-German Association of Legal Experts (between 1993 and 1998, he was its chairman), Polish-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as a Board Member of the Central and Eastern European Club (Mittel – Osteuropa Club) in Berlin. Henning von Zanthier has authored a number of articles on the Polish-German trade. He regularly gives lectures on this subject for various institutions. He also lectures at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
