The law firm "von Zanthier & Schulz" was established in 1992 with a view to consulting companies conducting economic activities directed towards Eastern Europe. Since 1995, the law firm has been also operating in Poznan/Poland under the name "von Zanthier Kancelaria Prawnicza" Sp.k. The pioneers of the first hour in Poland have now become a law firm operating in all of Europe with teams specialized in the areas of legal advice, tax consultancy and auditing services both in Berlin and in Poznan. It is our objective to consult you in the area of your investment plans and business activities in Germany and Poland in a way that transcends different legal systems and borders. We consult companies from their foundation to their expansion. Dealing with different legal systems in cross-border economic relations is a daily practice of our consultancy.
