Vortrag zum Thema „landwirtschaftliches Biogas in Polen“
Die Kanzleii von Zanthier & Schulz wird im Rahmen der BiogasWorld auf der Konferenz Biogas Goes East einen Vortrag zum Thema "landwirtschaftliches Biogas in Polen" halten. Während des Vortrages werden die Voraussetzungen für die Errichtung von landwirtschaftlichen Biogasanlagen in Polen sowie derer Wirtschaftlichkeit vorgestellt und besprochen werden.
2. Aktuelle Ziele der polnischen Regierung in Bezug auf Biogas
Zur Erreichung der Klimaziele der Europäischen Union hat sich die polnische Regierung das Ziel gesetzt, den Anteil der erneuerbaren Energien an der Energieerzeugung von aktuell ca. 5 % auf 15 % bis 2020 zu erhöhen. Bis zum Jahr 2030 liegt die Zielmarke bei 30 %. Den größten Anteil der erneuerbaren Energien hat derzeit die Windkraft (ca. 46 %) , die sich in den vergangenen Jahren rasant entwickelt hat – an 2. Stelle steht die Wasserkraft (ca. 37 %). Aktuell setzt die polnische Regierung in den Gesetzesvorgaben und Förderrichtlinien auf die Entwicklung dezentraler Energieversorgung und eröffnet damit neue Möglichkeiten für Biomasse und Biogas aus landwirtschaftlicher Erzeugung. Bis 2020 soll möglichst in jeder Gemeinde eine Biogasanlage zur Verwertung landwirtschaftlicher Biomasse errichtet worden sein. Gasnetzbetreiber sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, landwirtschaftlich erzeugtes Biogas abzunehmen, sofern es den Qualitätsanforderungen entspricht. Die Einspeisung des Biogases in das lokale Gasnetz wird mit Zertifikaten gefördert. Es ist zu erwarten, dass Polen nach dem Windkraft-Boom nun einen Biogas-Boom erleben wird (sehen Sie hierzu bitte den beigefügten Flyer).
3. Messe BioGasWorld - Kooperationen als Messeziel
Mit der Entscheidung für Polen als Partnerland wird die internationale Messe BioGasWorld eine Plattform sein, die Kooperationen zwischen jungen polnischen Biogasunternehmen und den etablierten Playern der Branche effektiv initiiert und fördert. Es werden Besucher aus dem Partnerland Polen und der ganzen Welt erwartet. Aufgrund der aktuellen Situation rechnet die BioGasWorld allein aus Polen mit mehreren Hundert Investoren und sonstigen Fachbesuchern. Die Entscheidung für Polen als Partnerland der BioGasWorld 2012 ist ein Signal zu grenzübergreifendem Informationsaustausch und Kooperation unter dem Motto
"Biogas Goes East". Insgesamt werden zur BioGasWorld 2012 etwa 5.000 Fachbesucher erwartet.

Miss Sabina Guzenda, supports our team as a lawyer in Poznan since September 2009.

Preliminary ruling proceeding at the Court of Justice of the European Union
Attorney Henning von Zanthier LL.M and attorney Magdalena Stawska-Höbel have submitted a legal opinion to the preliminary ruling of the German Federal Fiscal Court to Court of Justice of the European Union. Legal opinions within the preliminary ruling proceedings can be submitted by the plaintiff and the defendant of the initial proceeding, the European Commission, the European Parliament, the European Council and the Member States of the European Union. Our law firm represents the defendant of the proceedings at the Germen Federal Finance Court. A ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union is expected to be adjudged approximately within one year.

Lectures
The workshop "Business premises in foreign countries in due consideration of the Worker Posting Law in terms of employees in the light of Tax Law and Social Security Law" will take place on 23rd March 2011 at the tax legal counselor association Berlin-Brandenburg. Mr. Dipl.-Kfm. Rüdiger Schulz will be speaker at this workshop. Topics of the workshop are among others the definition of business premises according to national and international provisions, avoidance of double taxation and posting of workers.
