We provide consultancy in the field of Polish and European public procurement law. We advise companies seeking to take part in public tendering procedures in Poland or companies that have been discriminated against in a tendering procedure in contradiction to the principle of equality and wish to have their rights reviewed in court proceedings with regard to errors in the tendering procedure.
