Labour law
Our consulting services in the area of labour law are aimed primarily towards businesses and include all the issues arising out of the Polish labour law, from drawing up agreements to terminating contracts of employment. Moreover, we provide advice on employing staff for specified periods and seconding employees – both Polish employees to work abroad and foreign employees to work in Poland. In our court experience of over 12 years, we have represented one of the parties in several hundred labour law cases.
