We provide advice on Polish corporate law to Polish businesses, German and other foreign investors doing business in Poland, as well as Polish entrepreneurs. We provide legal consultations to our clients in the process of opening companies in Poland, particularly helping create such a form of enterprise that will take into account all the necessary aspects of law, taxation and economics. We also help develop the articles of association in such a way that makes it possible for the company to operate smoothly, as well as assist clients in developing many other contracts and agreements, such as e.g. the company management agreement. Our law firm offers advice on issues related to purchasing/selling shares, company transformations and restructuring, also with regard to tax issues, and subsequently monitors the process of implementing changes. Our law firm also attends to the issues of company management and cooperation between the foreign parent company and the Polish subsidiary.
