We support our clients in the process of opening a company, particularly helping create such a form of enterprise that will take into account all the necessary aspects of law, taxation and economics. We also help develop the articles of association in such a way that makes it possible for the company to operate smoothly, and assist clients in developing many other contracts and agreements, such as e.g. the company management agreement. We offer our advice on issues related to purchasing/selling shares, company transformations and restructuring, also with regard to tax issues, and subsequently we monitor the process of implementing changes. We attend to the issues of company management and cooperation between the foreign parent company and the Polish subsidiary, as well as offer legal services related to shareholder meetings.
